  • Refunds


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit if applicable.


Order Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
