Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Time

Shipping times are determined by the carrier and selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days after shipment.


Please note:

Hair By Vesta is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is managed by the shipping carrier.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Hair By Vesta is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees apply to reship the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Hair By Vesta is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
